Thinking...

Sometimes choices are difficult to make. To apply for a different job, which I want and know I would succeed in, except it would mean more time away. I would have to travel to a neighbouring town, which means earlier mornings and later evenings. A great raise in pay, and a challenging job. I would have less time for my home based business, Scentsy, and also trying my hand at Epicure.... Will be a weekend of really thinking what to do. The one thing is a steady paycheck. That is huge at this time...

So my weekend will be thinking pros and cons.... to apply or not to apply.... and really, nothing to lose by applying and then see what happens....

Ride to Conquer Cancer...

Another year is now upon us to get our butts in gear!! Both riding and fundraising!! Raising $2500 sounds so simple, yet is so difficult. So this year, we will have a music fundraiser and hopefully all goes well, we are under some tight timelines as we decided late. That is the way I like to do things though... a bit under pressure. How wonderful it will be be though to listen to some live music. You just don't get that anywhere anymore.

Last year was an amazing experience. We had quite a tough year, so basically we just jumped on our bikes and rode, thinking about everything else but riding. A great time to clear our heads and get to one with ourself. This was definitely some of the best therapy going!! We had our angels on our backs pushing us one kilometre at a time....

Hi Everyone!

Today is the first day that I write a blog, and I am not really a writer to bear with me!!

I became a consultant for Heritage Makers in late January 2009. I was so impressed with the product when I seen it at my sisters at Christmas 2008. I often wondered what could I do with my digital photos I had stored on my computer. Well, this is the best way I could find! And not only display your photos, but to write your story along with the pictures.

The other thing I always believed is that we all have a story, and how can we write it and preserve it, making sure it gets passed down to other family members and friends!

So today, I begin storybooking, and I am so excited to finally start writing my story!!
